Aged Care Amendment (2005 Measures No. 1) Act 2006

I, PROFESSOR MARIE BASHIR, AC, CVO, Administrator of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council and under item 2 of the table in subsection 2 (1) of the Aged Care Amendment (2005 Measures No. 1) Act 2006, fix 31 May 2006 as the day on which Schedules 1 to 7 to that Act commence.
