Determination under section 48-1

I, SANTO SANTORO, Minister for Aged Care, acting under subsection 48-1(3) of the Aged Care Act 1997, REVOKE, immediately before 1 July 2006, Determination ACA Ch. 3 No. 13/2005, and DETERMINE, commencing on 1 July 2006, that the amount of COMMUNITY CARE SUBSIDY payable in respect of a day is $33.30
