Determination under section 48-1

I, JULIE BISHOP, Minister for Aged Care, acting under subsection 48-1(3) of the Aged Care Act 1997, REVOKE, immediately before 1 July 2005, Determination ACA Ch. 3 No. 16/2004, and DETERMINE, commencing on 1 July 2005, that the amount of COMMUNITY CARE SUBSIDY payable in respect of a day is $32.65
