Determination under section 44-6

I, SANTO  SANTORO, Minister for Ageing, acting under section 44-6(4) of the Aged Care Act 1997, REVOKE, immediately before 1 July 2006, Determination ACA No. 5/2005, and DETERMINE, commencing on 1 July 2006, that the amounts of CONCESSIONAL RESIDENT SUPPLEMENT in respect of a day are as set out below.

1. For concessional residents:

in homes where, on that day, more than 40% of the new residents to whom the residential care provider provides residential care, other than respite care, are concessional or assisted residents   $16.89

in homes where, on that day, 40% or fewer of the new residents to whom the residential care provider provides residential care, other than respite care, are concessional or assisted residents   $11.05

1. For assisted residents   $6.95
