I, CHRISTOPHER PYNE, Minister for Ageing, acting under subsection 44-28(7) of the Aged Care Act 1997, REVOKE, immediately before 1 July 2007, Determination ACA Ch. 3 No. 8/2006, and DETERMINE, commencing on 1 July 2007, that the amount of PENSIONER SUPPLEMENT payable in respect of a day is $6.45
