I, JUSTINE ELLIOT, Minister for Ageing, acting under subsection 44-19(2) of the Aged Care Act 1997, REVOKE, immediately before 1 July 2008, Determination ACA Ch. 3 No. 13/2007, and DETERMINE, commencing on 1 July 2008, that the amount of ADJUSTED SUBSIDY REDUCTION applicable in respect of a day is $10.96.
