I, CHRISTOPHER PYNE, Minister for Aged Care, acting under subsection 44-19(2) of the Aged Care Act 1997, REVOKE, immediately before 1 July 2007, Determination ACA Ch. 3 No. 7/2006, and DETERMINE, commencing on 1 July 2007, that the amount of ADJUSTED SUBSIDY REDUCTION applicable in respect of a day is $10.71
