I, CHRISTOPHER PYNE, Minister for Ageing, acting under section 44-16(3) of the Aged Care Act 1997, REVOKE, immediately before 1 July 2007, Determination ACA Ch.3 No. 6/2006, and DETERMINE, commencing on 1 July 2007, that the amount of TRANSITIONAL SUPPLEMENT, payable, in the circumstances set out in section 21.26 of the Residential Care Subsidy Principles1997, in respect of a day is $17.23
