Application for approval of the AF Gow Pty Ltd Enterprise Agreement 2014 - correction to decision - date of operation.
[1] The decision issued by the Fair Work Commission on 26 May 2014 [[2014] FWCA 3420], is corrected as follows:
1. By deleting paragraph [3] and inserting the following:
“[3] The Agreement is approved and, in accordance with s.54 of the Act, will operate from 8 December 2014. The nominal expiry date of the Agreement is 18 May 2018.”
