Aerial Spraying Control Amendment

Regulations 2012

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the Aerial Spraying Control Amendment
Regulations 2012.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)	regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on 1 July 2012.

3.             Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Aerial Spraying Control
Regulations 1971.

4.             Regulation 4 amended

In regulation 4(3)(b) delete “$87.50.” and insert:

$90.

5.             Regulation 9 amended

In regulation 9(2)(b) delete “$103.00” and insert:

$106
