Aerial Spraying Control Amendment

Regulations 2007

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the Aerial Spraying Control Amendment
Regulations 2007.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows:

(a)	regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on 1 July 2007.

3.             The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Aerial Spraying
Control Regulations 1971*.

4.             Regulation 4 amended

Regulation 4(3)(b) is amended by deleting “$11.00.” and
inserting instead —

“ $11.50. ”.

5.             Regulation 9 amended

Regulation 9(2)(b) is amended by deleting “$20.60” and
inserting instead —

“ $21.50 ”.
