Aerial Spraying Control Amendment

Regulations 2006

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the Aerial Spraying Control Amendment
Regulations 2006.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation on 1 July 2006.

3.             The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Aerial Spraying
Control Regulations 1971*.

4.             Regulation 4 amended

Regulation 4(3)(b) is amended by deleting “$10.60.” and
inserting instead —

“ $11.00. ”.

5.             Regulation 9 amended

Regulation 9(2)(b) is amended by deleting “$20.00” and
inserting instead —

“ $20.60 ”.
