Aerial Spraying Control Amendment

Regulations 2005

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

Regulation 4(3)(b) is amended by deleting "$ 1 0.30.- and

inserting instead —

" $10.60. ".

These regulations are the Aerial Spraying Control Amendment
Regulations 2005.

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation on 1 July 2005.

3.            The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Aerial Spraying
Control Regulations 1971* .

5.            Regulation 9 amended

Regulation 9(2)(b) is amended by deleting "$19.60" and inserting instead —

" $20.00 ".
