Aerial Spraying Control Amendment

Regulations 2002

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Aerial Spraying Control
Amendment Regulations 2002.

2.             The regulations amended

Schedule to these regulations

The amendments in these regulations are to the Aerial Spraying
Control Regulations 1971* .

3.             Regulation 3A amended

Regulation 3A(1) is amended after "section 3 of the Act" by inserting —
