AERIAL SPRAYING CONTROL AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 1998

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation
1. These regulations may be cited as the Aerial Spraying Control Amendment

Regulations 1998.

Principal regulations

2.   In these regulations the Aerial Spraying Control Regulations* are referred to as the

principal regulations.

Regulation 4 amended

3.Regulation 4 (3) (b) of the principal regulations is amended by deleting "$9.50" and

substituting the following —
" $10.00 ".
Regulation 9 amended

4.Regulation 9 (2) (b) of the principal regulations is amended by deleting "$18.00" and

substituting the following —
" $19.00 ".
