AERIAL SPRAYING CONTROL AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 1995

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1.    These regulations may be cited as the Aerial Spraying Control

Amendment Regulations 1995.

Regulation 4 amended

2.     Regulation 4 (3) (b) of the Aerial Spraying Control Regulations* is

amended by deleting "$8.50." and substituting the following —
