2. These regulations come into operation on 1 July 1994.

AERIAL SPRAYING CONTROL AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 1994

Made by the Lieutenant Governor and deputy of the Governor in Executive

Council.

Citation

1.     These regulations may be cited as the Aerial Spraying Control

Amendment Regulations 1994.

Regulation 9 amended

3.      Regulation 9 of the Aerial Sprayinff Control Regulations* is amended in

subregulation (2) (b) by deleting "$16.00 and substituting the following —

" $17.00 ".
