AERIAL SPRAYING CONTROL AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 1992

Made by His Excellency the Lieutenant-Governor and Administrator in

Executive Council.

Citation

1.     These regulations may be cited as the Aerial Spraying Control

Amendment Regulations 1992.

Principal regulations

2.     In these regulations the Aerial Spraying Control Regulations* are

referred to as the principal regulations.

Regulation 4 amended

3.      Regulation 4 of the principal regulations is amended in subregulation (3)

(b) by deleting 17.50" and substituting the following —

Regulation 9 amended

4.      Regulation 9 of the principal regulations is amended in subregulation (2)

(b) by deleting 115.00" and substituting the following —
