AN ACT to amend the Aerial Spraying Control Act

1966-1978.

[Assented to 17 November 1982.]

BE it enacted by the Queen's Most ExcellentMajesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

Short title

1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Aerial and citation.

ment. 2. This Act shall come into operation on the

twenty-eighth day after the day on which it is

assented to by the Governor.

Section 10

amended. 3.

Section 10 of the principal Act is amended in subsection (1) by deleting "A person who is licensed pursuant to the Air Navigation Regulations of the Commonwealth to use an aircraft for agricultural operations for hire or reward" and substituting the following-

" The owner of any aircraft that has been

modified to carry out aerial spraying " .
