AN ACT to amend section ten of the Aerial Spraying

Control Act, 1966-1970.

[Assented to 19th November, 1973.]

BE it enacted by the Queen's Most ExcellentMajesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Aerial Erttttte citation.

Spraying Control Act Amendment Act, 1973.

(2)	In this Act the Aerial Spraying Control Act,	Reprinted as
approved

1966-1970 is referred to as the principal Act.	for Reprint
2nd June,
1971.

(3) The principal Act as amended by this Act may

be cited as the Aerial Spraying Control Act, 1966-

Section 10

amended. 2. Section 10 of the principal Act is amended

(a)	as to subsection (1), by deleting the words "in respect of that aircraft" in lines three and four; and
(b)	as to subsection (2), by deleting the word "Australia" in paragraph (a) and substi- tuting the words "the State but may extend to provide cover elsewhere".
