XIEREAS it is desirable to amend the laws now in force in the

W | advertisements in newspapers-Be it therefore enacted by the Go- |
vernor-in-Chief of the Province of South Australia, with the advice and consent of the Ilegislativc Council and House of Assembly of the said Province, in this present Parliament assernblcd, as follows- |
Whenever i t is required, by any law or statute now | in force in Publicationin |
the said Province, that any notice, announcement, or information shall |
be inserted or published in any newspaper or newspapers published in
the said Province, it shall be sufficient to publish such notice, announce-
ment, or information in the
for the period of time or the number of times that the said notice,
announcement, or information is now required to be inserted in such newspaper or newspapers; and such publication in the
