REGULATION UNDER THE ADVANCES TO SETTLERS ACT 1923.

advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation

Amendment of Advances to Settlers Regulations 1923.
(Statutory Rules 1923, No. 206, as amended to this date.)
Regulation 20 of the Advances to
Settlers Regulations 1923 is amended by the deletion of the words “‘The Board’
means the Classification Board appointed under the
“‘The Board’ means the Land Board of the Northern Territory appointed under the
Crown Lands Ordinance 1924”.
