ADVANCE TO THE PRESIDING OFFICER – SECTION 13 OF APPROPRIATION (PARLIAMENTARY DEPARTMENTS) ACT (No. 1) 2007-2008

I, Harry Jenkins MP, Speaker of the House of Representatives, being satisfied of the matters set out in subsection 13(1) of Appropriation (Parliamentary Departments) Act (No.1) 2007-2008 (the Act), hereby determine pursuant to subsection 13(2) of the Act, that Schedule 1 of the Act be amended as follows:

-           the item listed in Column 1 for the entity listed in Column 2 be increased by the amount listed in Column 3.
