ADVANCE TO THE FINANCE MINISTER – SECTION 14 OF APPROPRIATION ACT (No. 1) 2008-2009

I, the Hon. Lindsay Tanner MP, Minister for Finance and Deregulation, being satisfied of the matters set out in subsection 14(1) of Appropriation

Act (No. 1) 2008-2009, hereby determine pursuant to subsection 14(2) of that Act, that Schedule 1 of that Act be taken to be amended with the insertion of the appropriation item listed in Column 1, for the Agency listed in Column 2, to be increased by the amount listed in Column 3 as follows:
