ADVANCE TO THE FINANCE MINISTER – SECTION 13 OF APPROPRIATION ACT (No. 2) 2005-2006

I, Beverley Anne Hazell, Division Manager, Financial Reporting and Cash Management Division, Financial Management Group, Department of Finance and Administration, pursuant to Section 13 of Appropriation Act (No.2) 2005-2006, hereby determine that the appropriation item listed in Column 1 for the agency listed in Column 2 be increased by the amount listed in Column 3.  The additional amount is provided for the purpose of meeting commitments under a Second Funding Agreement with the Victorian Government for the Melbourne 2006 Commonwealth Games.
