ADVANCE TO THE FINANCE MINISTER – SECTION 13 OF APPROPRIATION ACT (No. 1) 2011-2012

I, Penelope Ying Yen Wong, Minister for Finance and Deregulation, being satisfied of the matters set out in subsection 13(1) of Appropriation Act (No. 1) 2011-2012, hereby determine under subsection 13(2) of that Act, that the appropriation item in Column 1 of the following table, for the Agency listed in Column 2, be increased by the amount listed in Column 3 as follows:
