ADVANCE TO THE FINANCE MINISTER – SECTION 13 OF APPROPRIATION ACT (No. 1) 2010-2011

I, Penelope Ying Yen Wong, Minister for Finance and Deregulation, being satisfied of the matters set out in subsection 13(1) of Appropriation Act (No. 1) 2010-2011, hereby determine pursuant to subsection 13(2) of that Act, that Schedule 1 of that Act be taken to be amended with the amendment of the appropriation item listed in Column 1, for the Agency listed in Column 2, to be increased by the amount listed in Column 3 as follows:
