ADVANCE TO THE FINANCE MINISTER – SECTION 11 OF APPROPRIATION ACT (No. 1) 2007-2008

I, the Hon. Lindsay Tanner MP, Minister for Finance and Deregulation, being satisfied of the matters set out in subsection 11(1) of Appropriation Act (No.1) 2007-2008 (the Act), hereby determine pursuant to subsection 11(2) of the Act, that Schedule 1 of the Act be amended as follows:

-           the item listed in Column 1 for the entity listed in Column 2 be increased by the amount listed in Column 3.
