Adult Proof of Age Card (Postponement) Regulation 2009 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Adult Proof of Age Card (Postponement) Regulation 2009 . 2 Postponed commencement of uncommenced provisions (1) The period before automatic commencement, under the ActsInterpretationAct1954 , section 15DA(2), of the postponed law is extended to the end of 11 December 2010. (2) In this section— postponed law means an uncommenced provision of the Adult Proof of Age Card 2008. Editor’s note — The postponed law now automatically commences on 12 December 2010. 3 Expiry This regulation expires on 13 December 2010.
