Province, be it Enacted that where by any Act of Parliament which can be applied in the administration of justice in South Australia any tlling is authorized and required to be done by or before any Just& or Justices of the Peace in England the same may be lawfully done by or before any Justice or Justices of the Peace of this Province

And that in like manner where anything& authorized or required to

be done by any Constable or Peace Officer in England the same may be lawfully done by any Constable or Peace Officer of this Province And that every Justice of the Peace Constable and Peace Officer of the Province shall have the like protection in the execution of his duty and the like privilege with respect to pleading costs limitation of actions and notice of action and otherwise as any Justice of the Peaw Constable or Peace Officer would be entitled to in the like case in England.

111. And be it further enacted That this Ordinance shall commence

* and take effect from and after the passing thereof.
