I, WILLIAM MICHAEL H O D G M A N , the Minister of State for the Capital

Territory, hereby make the following Regulation under the Adoption	of
Children Ordinance 1965.

Regulation 16 of the Adoption of Children Regulations is repealed and the

following regulation is substituted:

Fee for copy or extract of entry in Register

"16. (1) The fee for the issue of a copy of an entry in the Register of

Adoptions or a copy of an order registered in that register is $8.

"(2) The fee for the issue of an extract from an entry in the Register of

Adoptions is $5.".
