I, THOMAS UREN, the Minister of State for Territories and Local Government, hereby make the following Regulations under the Adoption of Children Ordinance 1965.

Commencement

1. These Regulations shall come into operation on 1 October 1983.

Issue of certificate of date of birth, &c, of person born overseas

2. Regulation 10A of the Adoption of Children Regulations is amended by omitting from sub-regulation (3) "a fee of $3" and substituting "the relevant fee determined pursuant to section 64A of the Ordinance".

Repeal

3. Regulation 16 of the Adoption of Children Regulations is repealed.
