2 Adoption of Children Amendment (No. 1) No. 500, 1993 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Adoption of Children Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 1993 . ˙ Amended regulation 2. The Adoption of Children Regulation 1988 is amended as set out in this regulation. ˙ Omission of s.4 (Repeal) 3. Section 4— omit. ˙ Amendment of s.5 (Interpretation) 4. Section 5 (definition “Act” )— omit. ˙ Replacement of s.6 (Forms) 5. Section 6— omit, insert— ˙ ‘Forms ‘6.(1) The prescribed forms for the purposes of the Act are the forms approved by the chief executive. ‘(2) A person may request the chief executive to give the person a document setting out an approved form. ‘(3) The chief executive must promptly comply with the request. ’. ˙ Amendment of s.7 (Applications) 6. Section 7(1)(a)— omit ‘ Form 1 ’, insert ‘ the approved form ’.
