AN ACT to amend the Adoption of Children Act

1896-1980.

BE it enacted by the Queen's Most ExcellentMajesty, by and with the advice and consent

of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Adoption of Miligitteon.

Commence-

ment. 2. This Act shall come into operation on the day

fixed for the coming into operation of the Domicile

Act 1981.

Section 9 3.

Section 9 of the principal Act is amended in subsection (4) by deleting "(including the domicile of origin of the child)" and substituting the following-
