Adoption Amendment Rules (No.2) 2002

Made by the Judges of the Family Court of Western Australia under section 142 of the Act.

1.            Citation

These rules may be cited as the Adoption Amendment Rules
(No.2) 2002.

2.            The rules amended

The amendments in these rules are to the Adoption Rules 1995* .

3.            Rule 9 amended

Rule 9 is amended in the Table in the item commencing
"section 25(1)" by deleting "section (I)" and inserting

instead —
" section 21 ".
