Adoption (Amendment) Regulations 1999

The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1. Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to make
minor amendments to Schedule 10 to the

Adoption Regulations 1998.

2. Authorising provision

These Regulations are made under section 130 of the Adoption Act 1984.

3. Amendment

In Schedule 10 to the Adoption Regulations

19981, in the section headed Person A—

(a)	in paragraph (c) (where first occurring), after "officer" (where first occurring) insert "of a court";
(b)	in item 2(c)(i) omit "under section 35(3) of the Adoption Act 1984".
