Adoption Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2010 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Adoption Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2010 . 2 Commencement This regulation commences on 1 July 2010. 3 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Adoption Regulation 2009 . 4 Renumbering of pt 4 (Miscellaneous) Part 4, second occurring— renumber as part 5. 5 Amendment of s 16 (Persons entitled to certificate, information or source document—Act, s 290) (1) Section 16(5), definition applicable person , paragraphs (a) to (e), at the end— insert — ‘or’. (2) Section 16(5), definition applicable person , paragraphs (a) to (e)— renumber as paragraphs (a) to (g). 6 Replacement of sch 2 (Fees) Schedule 2— omit, insert — ‘Schedule 2 Fees Page 2 section 12 2010 SL No. 150
