ADMINISTRATIVE DECISIONS TRIBUNAL LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1998 No 48- PROCLAMATION

I, the Honourable Gordon Samuels AC, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Administrative Decisions Tribunal Legislation Amendment Act 1998, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 1 January 1999 as the day on which the uncommenced provisions of that Act (except for Schedule 2.6, 2.7, 2.8 and

2.21) commence.
