His Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following Regulation under the Administrative Decisions Tribunal Act 1997.

Explanatory note
The object of this Regulation is to exclude the following decisions from the application of the internal review provisions of the Administrative Decisions Tribunal Act 1997 (internal review by the agency concerned being a precondition to review by the Administrative Decisions Tribunal):
| (a) | a decision made under the Fisheries Management Act 1994 with respect to the refusal of an endorsement of a commercial fisheries licence in a restricted fishery that has been the subject of review by a specially constituted appeals panel, |
| (b) | a decision made under the Tow Truck Industry Act 1998 by the Tow Truck Industry Authority with respect to the regulation of the tow truck industry, being an Authority that is controlled by a board of management. |
This Regulation is made under the Administrative Decisions Tribunal Act 1997, including sections 53 (11) (b) and 145 (the general regulation-making power).

1 Name of Regulation
This Regulation is the Administrative Decisions Tribunal (General)
Amendment (Internal Reviews) Regulation 2000.
2 Amendment of Administrative Decisions Tribunal (General)
Regulation 1998
The Administrative Decisions Tribunal (General) Regulation 1998 is amended as set out in Schedule 1.

Clause 6A Reviewable decisions excluded from internal review under section 53 of the Act
Insert after clause 6A (e):
(f)
a decision referred to in section 126 (1) (a) of the Fisheries Management Act 1994 relating to an endorsement that has been the subject of a review by a panel under Division 6 of Part 8 of the Fisheries Management (General) Regulation 1995,
(g)
a decision referred to in section 45 of the Tow Truck Industry Act 1998 involving the exercise of a function conferred on the Tow Truck Authority under Division 4 of Part 3 of that Act.
