Administrative Decisions Legislation Amendment Act 1997 No 77 - Proclamation

I, the Honourable Gordon Samuels AC, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Administrative Decisions Legislation Amendment Act 1997, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 1 March 1999 as the day on which Schedule

5.3, 5.12, 5.13, 5.14, 5.17, 5.20, 5.23 and 5.27 to that Act commence.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The object of this proclamation is to commence certain provisions of the

Administrative Decisions Legislation Amendment Act I997 that would confer jurisdiction
on the Administrative Decisions Tribunal to review decisions made under the following
Acts:

(a) the Apiaries Act 1985 (Schedule 5.3),
(b) the Fertilizers Act 1985 (Schedule 5.12),
(c) the Firearms Act 1996 (Schedule 5.13),
(d) the Fisheries Management Act 1994 (Schedule 5.14),
(e) the Horticultural Stock and Nurseries Act 1969 (Schedule 5.17),
(f) the Non-indigenous Animals Act 1987 (Schedule 5.20),
(g) the Plant Diseases Act 1924 (Schedule 5.23),
(h) the Stock (Artificial Breeding) Act 1985 (Schedule 5.27).
