I, the Honourable Gordon Samuels AC, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Administrative Decisions Legislation Amendment Act 1997, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 1 March 1999 as the day on which Schedule
5.3, 5.12, 5.13, 5.14, 5.17, 5.20, 5.23 and 5.27 to that Act commence.

EXPLANATORY NOTE
The object of this proclamation is to commence certain provisions of the
Administrative Decisions Legislation Amendment Act I997 that would confer jurisdiction
on the Administrative Decisions Tribunal to review decisions made under the following
Acts:
| (a) | the | Apiaries Act 1985 (Schedule 5.3), |
| (b) | the | Fertilizers Act 1985 (Schedule 5.12), |
| (c) | the | Firearms Act 1996 (Schedule 5.13), |
| (d) | the | Fisheries Management Act 1994 (Schedule 5.14), |
| (e) | the | Horticultural Stock and Nurseries Act 1969 (Schedule 5.17), |
| (f) | the | Non-indigenous Animals Act 1987 (Schedule 5.20), |
| (g) | the | Plant Diseases Act 1924 (Schedule 5.23), |
| (h) | the | Stock (Artificial Breeding) Act 1985 (Schedule 5.27). |
