Amendment Act 1997 No 77—

Proclamation

GORDON SAMUELS, Governor I, the Honourable Gordon Samuels AC, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Administrative Decisions Legislation Amendment Act 1997, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 24 December 1999 as the day on which Schedule 5.7 [1] and [3] to that Act commence.

Explanatory note

The object of this proclamation is to commence amendments to the Dairy Industry Act 1979 that confer jurisdiction on the Administrative Decisions Tribunal to review certain decisions made under that Act.
