Administrative Decisions (Judicial Review) Regulations

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Administrative Decisions (Judicial Review) Act 1977.

Citation

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Administrative Decisions (Judicial Review) Regulations.

Interpretation

2. In these Regulations, "the Act" means the Administrative Decisions (Judicial Review) Act 1977.

Classes of decisions declared for the purposes of sub-section 19 (1) of the Act

3. For the purposes of sub-section 19 (1) of the Act, the classes of decisions specified in the Schedule are declared to be decisions that are not subject to judicial review by the Court under the Act.

SCHEDULE Regulation 3

CLASSES OF DECISIONS

1. Decisions under section 42 of the Customs Act 1901 to require and take securities in respect of duty that may be payable on goods under section 8 of the Customs Tariff (Anti-Dumping) Act 1975

2. Decisions under section 42 of the Customs Act 1901 to require and take securities in respect of duty that may be payable on goods under section 9 of the Customs Tariff (Anti-Dumping) Act 1975

3. Decisions under section 42 of the Customs Act 1901 to require and take securities in respect of duty that may be payable on goods under section 10 of the Customs Tariff (Anti-Dumping) Act 1975

4. Decisions under section 42 of the Customs Act 1901 to require and take securities in respect of duty that may be payable on goods under section 11 of the Customs Tariff (Anti-Dumping) Act 1975
