Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Administrative Decisions (Judicial Review) Act 1977.

After regulation 2of the Administrative Decisions (Judicial Review) Regulations the following regulation is inserted:

Decisions to which section 13 of the Act does not apply

“2a. The following class of decisions are decisions that are not decisions to which section 13 of the Act applies, namely, decisions of the Superannuation Fund Investment Trust in relation to its commercial activities.”.
