Administrative Decisions (Judicial Review) Regulations 2(Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council and under the Acts Interpretation Act 1901, make the following Regulations under the Administrative Decisions (Judicial Review) Act 1977.

1.   Commencement

1.1   These Regulations commence on 1 July 1991.

 

2.   Amendment

2.1   The Administrative Decisions (Judicial Review) Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.

3.   Regulation 2a (Decisions to which section 13 of the Act does not apply)

3.1   Omit “Superannuation Fund Investment Trust”, substitute “Commonwealth Funds Management Limited”.
