Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Administrative Changes (Youth Affairs) Order 1995.

Construction of reference to Director of the Office of Youth Affairs

2. The reference in section 6 (1) (b) of the Youth Advisory Council Act 1989 to the Director of the Office of Youth Affairs of the Ministry of Education and Youth Affairs is to be construed as a reference to the Director-General of the Cabinet Office.
