South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance
of the Administrative Changes Act 1976, make the Order set out

hereunder.

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Administrative Changes

(Subordinate Legislation) Order 1991.

Construction of certain references to the Attorney General

2. The references to the Attorney General in section 6 (1) (b) of the

Subordinate Legislation Act 1989 are to be construed as references to the
Minister administering that Act.
