Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Administrative Changes (State

Revenue) Order 1993.

Construction of certain references in State revenue legislation

2. A reference in any of the following provisions to the Deputy Secretary of the Department of Finance (which is required to be construed as a reference to the Deputy Secretary of the Treasury) is to be construed as a reference to the Executive Director, Office of State Revenue, the Treasury:
