Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Administrative Changes (Stamp

Duties) Order 1991.

Construction of certain references

2. The reference in paragraph (24) (b) of the Second Schedule to the Stamp Duties Act 1920 to the Minister for Finance (which is required by the Administrative Changes Order (No. 4) 1988 to be construed as a reference to the Treasurer) is to be construed as a reference to the Minister Assisting the Premier.
