Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Administrative Changes (Public

Sector Management) Order 1995.

Construction of certain references in Public Sector Management Act
1988

2. A reference in section 57 of the Public Sector Management Act 1988 to the Secretary of the Department of Industrial Relations and Employment (required by clause 5 (1) of the Administrative Changes (General) Order 1995 to be construed as a reference to the Director- General of the Premier’s Department) is to be construed as a reference to the Commissioner for Public Employment.
