Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Administrative Changes (Lake

Illawarra Authority) Order 1995.

Construction of reference to an officer of the Public Works

Department nominated by the Director of that Department

2. The reference in section 7 (2) of the Lake Illawarra Authority Act

1987 to an officer of the Public Works Department nominated by the

Director of that Department is to be construed as a reference to an officer

of the Department of Land and Water Conservation nominated by the
Director-General of that Department.
